In March 2017 we informed you that PCA and Mike Moy (Moy) had been sued by Cesar Baez (Baez), who was a principal at a group of enterprises known as Centinela.

PCA and Moy responded to Baez’ lawsuit by filing motions to dismiss. In July 2017, the United States District Court for the Central District of California granted PCA and Moy's motion to dismiss eight of the nine claims alleged by plaintiff and narrowed the ninth claim. In March 2018, the Court dismissed the remaining claim and entered judgment for PCA and Moy, terminating the lawsuit. PCA and Moy will seek reimbursement of costs and attorneys’ fees.

PCA is not involved in any other pending or threatened litigation at this time.
